Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Able to provide an annual DMV driving record with favorable results
- Outgoing, warm, friendly personality
- Commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Knowledge of driving various vehicles including automatic and standard transmission
Job Duties
- Provide valet parking services to residents and guests
- Coordinate scheduled transportation for residents
- Assist with internal services for departmental events
- Offer concierge services to meet non-care related resident needs
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
- Ensure the site appearance is clean and well-maintained
- Operate various vehicles, including those with automatic and standard transmissions
