Responsibilities for this position include greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, offering valet services with a focus on guest comfort, and assisting guests with luggage or other heavy items. Valet Drivers are responsible for safely parking vehicles in designated areas while adhering to traffic laws alongside managing vehicle keys securely and accurately. Additionally, they may direct traffic within parking areas to enhance flow and facilitate guest access. Exceptional communication skills are also important, as Valet Drivers often answer guest questions about local attractions, hotel amenities, and available services, contributing to a memorable and positive guest experience.
