As a Valet, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring a sophisticated and smooth arrival and departure experience. This role demands prompt, courteous service and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include efficiently parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, maintaining the safety of keys and any personal items left in the vehicles, managing traffic flow at the valet station, and acting as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
