Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency preferred
Valid Florida Driver License
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Multiple language fluency is desirable
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Job Duties

Greet and assist residents and guests with baggage and package handling
Answer inquiries related to hotel services, guest registration, and local amenities
Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues
Resolve and follow up on complaints and issues
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Perform concierge duties as needed
Assist residents with various service requests
