This full-time Porter's position plays a vital role within the dealership's daily operations. The role is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, ensuring the car lot remains orderly, and assisting with various errands that support other departments. While the Porter does not have supervisory responsibilities, the position demands a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the dealership’s high standards for customer satisfaction and safety. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The successful candidate will be expected to uphold the dealership's core values such as servant leadership, teamwork through trust and respect, integrity, commitment to customer enthusiasm, passion for winning, accountability at all levels, and continuous improvement. The Porter will be required to move cars both indoors and outdoors, deliver vehicles to customers, and ensure that the lot is clean and safe. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- basic computer skills to utilize timekeeping system

Job Duties
- Moves cars
- delivers cars to customers
- keeps car lot clean and orderly
- runs various errands for the dealership
- maintains CSI at or above company standards
- maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- participates in required training
- records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- follows safeguards rules and regulations
- demonstrates the company’s core values
- complies with company policies and procedures
- observes all federal, state, local and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
