The full-time Valet position at River Spirit Casino Resort is centered around delivering an exceptional first and last impression to guests arriving at or departing from the casino. Working the night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, this role demands punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude. The valet will greet guests entering or leaving the casino, hotel, or other designated property locations, providing information on various topics such as Tulsa landmarks, casino services, and transportation schedules. Beyond offering guidance, the valet physically assists guests entering or exiting vehicles as needed and ensures that automobiles are securely parked and retrieved through an organized ticketing system. This position requires directing vehicle drivers safely to the parking area, maintaining order in the parking lot and valet stand, and managing barricades to control access as necessary. The valet must promptly report any accidents or injuries to security and prepare daily reports to document activities. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times is essential as this role represents the casino's commitment to excellent service. Additionally, the valet must adhere to all company policies and be adaptable to changes, taking on other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer skills including email and electronic time-clocks
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug test
- Ability to obtain gaming license when required
- Physical ability to meet job demands including lifting at least 45 lbs and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests entering/leaving the casino, hotel, or designated property locations and provide relevant information
- Place numbered tags on automobiles and hand tags to guests for locating their vehicles
- Drive vehicles to designated valet parking areas and retrieve vehicles for guests
- Signal or direct vehicle drivers to park safely using hands or flashlight
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the parking area and valet stand
- Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas and notify security of any accidents or injuries
- Prepare daily reports as required
