This role focuses on delivering outstanding valet services at one of their managed hotels, ensuring a smooth, professional, and safe experience for all guests from the moment they drive up to the property until their departure. The valet attendant acts as the first and last point of contact for visitors, providing a warm greeting while managing vehicles with care and precision. Duties include opening car and lobby doors, assisting guests with their luggage, and providing accurate directions around the property. A comprehensive vehicle damage check is performed every time a vehicle is parked, with valet tickets completed in detail and keys securely managed.

The valet attendant is responsible for parking and moving vehicles efficiently and safely to maintain workflow and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position involves managing hotel rental items such as bikes or surfboards, ensuring that each rental transaction is compliant with liability waivers. Depending on the site requirements, the valet may also be tasked with driving the shuttle vehicle to transport guests or luggage as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is crucial to this role, including sweeping the drive and cleaning the key room or podium areas to present a professional image to guests at all times. The position requires a willingness to work in various weather conditions including heat, wind, and rain, and the physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, push, pull, and stand for prolonged periods.
