As an esteemed establishment within the gaming and hospitality industry, River Spirit Casino Resort is committed to delivering exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences, and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming environment for all visitors. Known for its extensive gaming options, fine dining restaurants, live entertainment, and luxury accommodations, the resort attracts both local patrons and tourists seeking high-quality entertainment and relaxation.

The TUL Valet department plays a critical role in enhancing guest experiences by providing professional and courteous valet services. The Valet position at River Spirit Casino Resort is a full-time role dedicated to ensuring guests receive a positive first and last impression when arriving and departing the property. This role demands individuals who can present a friendly, professional image while efficiently managing vehicle valet operations. Valets are responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting with vehicle parking and retrieval, and offering helpful information about the casino, hotel, and surrounding Tulsa landmarks.

The valet role is essential in maintaining smooth and orderly parking logistics within the casino and resort premises. Employees are expected to handle physical tasks such as placing and retrieving vehicle tags, directing traffic, managing barricades, and performing safety checks. Additionally, valets maintain the cleanliness and organization of parking areas and stands and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. This position demands physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions, as it involves long periods of standing, ascending and descending ladders and vehicle stairs, and lifting up to 45 pounds. The valet must also be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles safely, requiring a valid Oklahoma driver's license.

In addition to vehicle services, the valet team plays a vital part in customer service by providing guests with timely and courteous assistance, answering questions about casino amenities, transportation schedules, and safety requirements during transit. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to respond productively to changes and new tasks as they arise. River Spirit Casino Resort values individuals who are reliable, attentive to detail, and capable of maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Employment in this role requires passing a comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtaining a gaming license when required, ensuring compliance with state and casino regulations. Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills necessary for electronic timekeeping and communication.

Overall, the Valet at River Spirit Casino Resort is a frontline ambassador, critical to the seamless operation of the resort’s parking functions and the overall guest experience.
