Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or valet/parking experience desirable but not required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of up to 8 hours
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of luggage up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach repeatedly throughout the shift
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and quick reflexes for vehicle operation
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles of all sizes

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas while following all driving and safety regulations
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings
- Maintain traffic flow at the entrance, keeping the drive clear for arriving and departing guests
- Provide directions, hotel information, and recommendations for local attractions when requested
- Accurately record vehicle information, issue claim tickets, and ensure the safe return of vehicles to their owners
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report any incidents immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and storage areas
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with front desk, bell staff, and management to coordinate guest needs
