Job Description
Windsor at Celebration is a distinguished senior living community that offers an exceptional environment where the stories and experiences of our residents are cherished and celebrated. Located in an inviting setting, Windsor at Celebration focuses on providing a vibrant, compassionate, and engaging lifestyle for seniors, fostering a supportive atmosphere that honors both independence and togetherness. Our company is part of Life Care Services (LCS), a recognized leader in senior living, known for its commitment to innovation, quality care, and enriching the lives of older adults. We value a culture of hospitality that ensures every resident, guest, and employee feels welcomed, respected, and appreciated. We believe that investing in our team members leads to investing in the future of senior living, creating extraordinary experiences for all involved.
As a Valet Attendant/Driver at Windsor at Celebration, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by providing safe and reliable transportation to various destinations such as grocery stores, monthly outings, and extended trips. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and senior care who want to make a meaningful impact in a supportive community environment. The position involves much more than just driving; it includes assisting with basic housekeeping duties, delivering packages, flowers, and medications to residents, and serving as a back-up concierge when needed. Employment is full-time, offering a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $16, and the chance to be part of an extraordinary team dedicated to exceptional service.
Our community embraces a culture of hospitality rooted in the LCS Hospitality Promises, which guide our interactions ensuring warmth, respect, accountability, professionalism, and inclusiveness. As a team member, you are expected to greet everyone by name with a smile, anticipate and respond enthusiastically to needs, pay attention to detail, and always ask "Is there anything else I can do for you?" These principles help create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere that supports both residents and staff.
In your role, you will assist residents and guests arriving and departing the community, park and retrieve vehicles, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and help the Life Enrichment team by assisting residents getting on and off the community van or bus. You will also play an instrumental role in supporting trips and outings, ensuring safety and comfort for all participants. Housekeeping functions are part of your responsibilities, contributing to the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community vehicles and shared spaces.
Windsor at Celebration is looking for someone enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to senior engagement and hospitality. This role offers a fulfilling experience with the chance to grow professionally while making a tangible difference in the quality of life for our residents. If you are passionate about providing excellent service in a senior living environment and enjoy working with people, Windsor at Celebration welcomes your application. Join us where everyday moments become extraordinary life experiences.
