Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum six months experience as a bus/van driver
- valid driver’s license
- ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- ability to perform physical tasks related to driving and assisting residents
- reliable transportation to and from work
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- assists residents and guests arriving and departing the community
- parks and retrieves resident and visitor vehicles upon request
- delivers packages, flowers, prescriptions, etc., to residents
- provides a customer service attitude to residents and guests at all times
- serves as back-up for the Concierge as necessary
- drives van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs
- assists Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator with loading/unloading and attendance tracking
- loads groceries and other purchased items into bus/van
- schedules and coordinates routine vehicle maintenance
- cleans and washes vehicle
- performs housekeeping functions as directed
- supports creating a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
