Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license at all times
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Can read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway signs
- Previous valet, driver, attendant, or customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous valet, driver, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required at all times
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation
Job Duties
- Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner, offering to assist with their luggage
- Accurately and promptly process valet tickets
- Operate, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spaces
- Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
- Report any damage to vehicles or property immediately
- Assist with guest luggage as needed
- May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
