The role of Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living is a crucial position within the hospitality team and is designed for individuals who can offer exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and security of residents' personal vehicles. This part-time position is scheduled on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with a flat hourly rate of $20 and no tips involved. Valet Attendants play an essential role in enhancing the overall experience for residents and guests by providing safe parking and efficient retrieval of vehicles within the community’s on-site parking garage. Job Duties
- Ensuring safe operation of customers' vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and ordinances
- Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location, number and safekeeping of keys and tickets
- Making hospitality, customer service, care, and satisfaction the priority in every interaction
- Assisting with opening of vehicle and building doors as necessary
- Assisting with package delivery within the community as needed
