Job Requirements

Valid vehicle operator's license
Provide recent driving abstract from DMV
Meet STRC driver’s insurance requirements
Excellent communication skills in English
Maintain high personal grooming standards
Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions
Clearly understand and provide verbal and written instructions
Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
Schedule flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to tolerate noise, smoke, and temperature variations
Maintain regular attendance as required
Excellent listening skills for guest interaction

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Previous hotel or casino valet experience preferred
Excellent driving record meeting insurance requirements
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Ensure proper handling and safety of guests' vehicles
Manage the secure handling of keys and accurate logging of guest vehicle information
Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading
Provide local transportation services including arranging alternative transport like ride shares
Greet guests warmly and provide information about property, events, and promotions
Monitor and control traffic flow efficiently
Document department activities including claim checks, vehicle damage reports, and billing
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of valet and curbside areas
Assist guests requiring wheelchair transportation
Assist with valet dispatch duties in a timely manner
