Job Requirements

Valid vehicle operator's license
Excellent driving record meeting insurance requirements
Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening skills
Fluency in English
Ability to obtain and maintain a State or Tribal Gaming License
Willingness to work varied shifts
Ability to tolerate smoke, noise, and temperature variations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Proven ability to safely operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests and team members
Ability to understand and provide verbal and written instructions
Previous hotel or casino valet experience preferred
Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work effectively in extreme temperatures and noisy environments

Job Duties

Ensure safety of all guest vehicles
Handle keys and log guest vehicle information
Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs
Provide local transportation assistance including arranging ride shares
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and guest interaction
Monitor and direct traffic flow efficiently
Document and report departmental activities including vehicle conditions and claim checks
