Job Requirements
- Valid vehicle operator's license
- Excellent driving record meeting insurance requirements
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State or Tribal Gaming License
- Willingness to work varied shifts
- Ability to tolerate smoke, noise, and temperature variations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to safely operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to understand and provide verbal and written instructions
- Previous hotel or casino valet experience preferred
- Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work effectively in extreme temperatures and noisy environments
Job Duties
- Ensure safety of all guest vehicles
- Handle keys and log guest vehicle information
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs
- Provide local transportation assistance including arranging ride shares
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and guest interaction
- Monitor and direct traffic flow efficiently
- Document and report departmental activities including vehicle conditions and claim checks
