Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Minimum age of 19 years old
- Ability to drive stick shift (manual and automatic)
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work legally in the United States
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Required immunization or health screening compliance
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and push/pull up to 350 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3 years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to perform basic math related to money and time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- Professional and helpful demeanor with all patients, visitors, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge, greet, and welcome patients/visitors using appropriate protocols
- Assist patients/visitors with loading and unloading belongings, providing directions and general assistance as needed
- Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to taking any vehicle
- Record the location of the parking space as well as the number on the valet ticket
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to patients and visitors upon arrival
- Immediately report any accidents to the manager on duty
- Maintain safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality related to work information in accordance with HIPAA
- Perform other duties as assigned
