The Service Valet position at Landmark Automotive is a vital role that focuses on delivering exceptional client care within the service department. The Service Valet is responsible for the careful parking and retrieval of service clients' vehicles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival through departure. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a strong attention to detail to maintain the high standards of vehicle care that Landmark is known for.

Service Valets at Landmark Automotive are entrusted with multiple key responsibilities that directly impact the efficiency and satisfaction of the dealership's service clients. These duties include greeting clients, escorting them to the appropriate service team members, and expertly managing the parking and retrieval of vehicles in designated areas. Valets also perform essential vehicle care tasks such as installing license plates, replacing vehicle bulbs, and assisting service technicians with moving inoperable vehicles. They play a proactive role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the service drive by keeping it free of vehicles and debris.

A crucial part of the role is ensuring clear communication within the service team, notifying the Assistant Service Manager or Estimator when clients are waiting, and promptly alerting management to any vehicle damage. Additionally, Service Valets support clients by helping transfer luggage or packages between vehicles and adhering strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation.

This position is ideal for those who enjoy a physically active work environment, as it demands regular standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. While prior experience is not necessary, candidates must hold a valid and insurable driver’s license.
