With over 13,500 associates operating in 100 locations globally and generating annual sales exceeding $5.9 billion, Rich's demonstrates its significant role in the food manufacturing and distribution sectors. The company prides itself not only on its quality products but also on delivering valuable insights and innovative solutions that help food industry professionals stay competitive across multiple channels such as foodservice, retail, in-store bakery, deli, and prepared foods.
This position of Leisure Travel Advisor at Rich Products Corporation is tailored for dynamic and self-motivated individuals with exceptional customer service skills and an eye for detail. The role focuses on creating personalized travel experiences for clients by guiding them flawlessly through the entire sales cycle—starting from inbound inquiry to booking and maintaining post-booking client relationships. The Leisure Travel Advisor is expected to manage corporate and leisure travel arrangements, predominantly for high-profile executives, emphasizing VIP travel reservations that demand utmost confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. The job requires a thorough understanding of all aspects of travel planning including flight, hotel, transfers, dinner reservations, show tickets, and other relevant services. This is a highly productive and results-driven role which calls for candidates who can operate independently while providing an exceptional level of service.
Candidates must be prepared to work flexible hours, including limited weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of travelers. The role is ideal for those with a minimum of five years of verifiable experience in a travel agency environment, with expertise in using Sabre reservation systems. The Leisure Travel Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for both domestic and international travel arrangements, handling complex itineraries and providing consultative advice. Maintaining excellent client relationships, managing confidential traveler information, following internal compliance and regulatory standards, and proactively supporting preferred supplier programs are among the core responsibilities. The successful candidate must exhibit outstanding problem-solving abilities, initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity to manage a wide range of travel-related tasks efficiently.
Rich's offers a competitive compensation package with an estimated annual salary ranging from $44,030 to $59,570, although final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors. The company is deeply committed to equal employment opportunity, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging for all employees. It upholds non-discrimination policies and provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
In addition to competitive pay, Rich Products Corporation places great emphasis on caring for its associates by offering a comprehensive benefits package that facilitates work-life balance and supports their whole selves. Benefits include health and financial benefits, paid time off, parental leave, family planning support, and a flexible work policy. Associates also have opportunities to engage in resource groups, community volunteering, holiday events, and unique in-house experiences like product taste tests. This inclusive and supportive environment underscores Rich's commitment to its workforce and the value of its people in achieving infinite possibilities as one family.
