Job Description
Hilton Grand Vacations is a leading company in the vacation ownership industry, known for its unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous growth. Our company places great value on its Team Members who drive our success by delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. We operate within an exciting retail marketing environment, partnering with well-known brands such as Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's, to offer affordable, family-friendly mini vacation packages nationwide. This established presence in retail locations across the country allows us to efficiently market and sell vacation opportunities to customers, creating memorable travel experiences that align with their lifestyle and budget.
The role of Vacation Sales Manager is a pivotal position within our dynamic team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity where you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a high-performing sales team that typically consists of 3-4 Sales Representatives. Your leadership will ensure your team remains motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused while actively engaging with potential vacation buyers. As a Vacation Sales Manager, you will oversee staffing, development, coaching, and performance management initiatives designed to maximize sales effectiveness in a lively retail setting.
Our Sales Representatives work on an uncapped commission basis, meaning the more they sell, the more they can earn, which in turn boosts your earnings as their leader. One of the exciting aspects of the role is the speed and efficiency with which your team can close sales—often in less than 10 minutes—connecting enthusiastic customers with their ideal vacation packages promptly. This fast-paced environment requires a manager who thrives on teamwork, energizes others, and adapts quickly to the dynamic retail market.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about career advancement and creating impact through customer service and sales leadership. Hilton Grand Vacations is committed to growing its team and invites driven leaders to join us on this journey. If you enjoy a vibrant work culture that values collaboration, drive, and innovation, you will find a rewarding career path here. Your role will not only influence sales results but also cultivate a positive and productive workplace that encourages growth and success for you and your team.
