The role of a Vacation Sales Ambassador offers motivated and ambitious individuals the exciting chance to be part of Hilton Grand Vacations' elite sales team. As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling Hilton Grand Vacations' elite vacation packages to guests staying inside Hilton branded hotels. Your role will involve engaging potential customers, understanding their vacation needs, and delivering compelling sales presentations. With access to proven sales techniques and comprehensive training programs, you will be well-equipped to compete and excel, with the opportunity to generate a competitive earnings package with potential income of $85K and above. Top performers have historically earned over $120K annually, highlighting the lucrative potential of this role. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or GED
- At least one year hospitality and/or customer service experience
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Dedication to provide elite customer service
- Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and an eagerness for upward mobility

Job Duties
- Provide guest services to resort guests and visitors
- Engage with potential customers to determine their vacation needs and preferences
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our vacation packages
- Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure outstanding customer service
- Efficiently implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to exchange effective strategies and foster collective achievements
