As a Vacation Sales Ambassador at Hilton Grand Vacations, you have an exciting opportunity to join an elite sales team dedicated to promoting and selling premium vacation packages within Hilton branded hotels. The Vacation Sales Ambassador plays a crucial role in delighting resort guests by understanding their vacation needs and preferences, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and offering highly discounted vacation packages to attractive destinations. Comprehensive training and proven sales techniques ensure that employees are equipped with the tools necessary to excel and achieve sales targets. This position offers a competitive earnings package with an income potential of $95,000 and above, with top performers averaging over $120,000 in 2025, making it a highly rewarding career path.

In this role, you will provide outstanding guest services, build and maintain strong relationships, and function as a concierge, recommending local dining and attractions. You will be expected to efficiently use Hilton Grand Vacations' sales strategies and collaborate with your team to share effective tactics and achieve collective success. Working in this role requires excellent communication skills, a competitive spirit, a self-motivated mindset, and the ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced work environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or GED
  • At least one year hospitality and/or customer service experience
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Efficiently implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets
