Job Requirements
- Must have open availability including weekends

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and utility areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations and dining areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling correctly and maintain waste areas
- Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues
