- Prefer 6 months experience as a dishwasher or related field

Job Duties
- Responsible for general cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and all food service areas, duties include but are not limited to, cleaning, scrubbing and dumping garbage
- Washing and sanitizing of pots, dishes, utensils, carts, etc. either by mechanical washing or handwashing
- Stocking, labeling, dating and rotating food and non-food supplies
- Uses proper storing techniques
- Maintains proper chemical amounts and temperatures for the dish machine and pot sink
