Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • No related work experience required
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, sometimes exceeding eight hours
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts

Job Duties

  • Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine

  • Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
  • Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
  • Re-stocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
