The Utility Worker role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and hygienic standards of SSP’s airport restaurants, which is crucial for creating a positive guest experience. The role requires handling refuse disposal, resetting tables between seatings, and assisting in dishwashing duties by either scraping food residues, washing by hand, or loading dishwashers.
