The Utility Worker position at Sodexo offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally recognized company that takes pride in its purpose to create better lives through quality service. This full-time role, located within a Financial Tech Company client site, operates on weekday morning shifts with a pay range between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour. As a Utility Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all food production and service areas. The role involves a variety of tasks including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, floors, walls, and storage spaces, as well as assisting in set-up and break-down activities. You will ensure that the workplace meets high sanitary standards by using specific cleaning chemicals and maintaining adequate stock of cleaning supplies and materials.
This role not only requires physical stamina for significant walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, but also attention to detail and reliability, including showing up on time and adhering to scheduled shifts. Sodexo provides a supportive environment where ongoing training and development opportunities are offered to help transform your job into a long-term career. With access to a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401k retirement plans, and discount programs, Sodexo ensures that employees and their families are well cared for. Additional local benefits may include free meals, uniforms, safety shoes, and transportation support.
Joining Sodexo means becoming part of a team that values your individuality, encourages your input, and nurtures your growth within an inclusive culture. If you are seeking a meaningful role within a respected global company that offers stability, career development, and a chance to make a positive impact every day, the Utility Worker position is an excellent match. Sodexo’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity further strengthens its workplace, making it a welcoming environment for all applicants. This role is ideal for individuals who want to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen and facility environment while being appreciated and supported as part of the team.
