Based at UC Health Memorial Hospital Central, this full-time Utility Worker position offers hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $20.72. The role involves supporting kitchen and facility operations during afternoon and evening shifts, with specific days varying and detailed during the interview process. The Utility Worker plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment in food production and service areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes by hand or machine, cleaning and sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, and performing routine floor care such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. The role also involves managing waste disposal, cleaning equipment with specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards, restocking essential supplies like soap and paper towels, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of work areas.

The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to walk or stand for extended periods, frequently lift up to 35 pounds, and occasionally move weights up to 50 pounds.
