Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- no related work experience required
- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety principles
- physical ability to walk or stand for extended periods during shifts that may exceed 8 hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift and move up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- re-stocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- assists with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
