Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No related work experience required
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- Ability to attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Wash dishes by hand or place them in a dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Re-stock supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
