Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- no prior related work experience required
- understanding of sanitation and food safety
- ability to walk or stand for long durations
- physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- punctuality and regular attendance
- ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machines
- cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- sweeps, mops, cleans, and vacuums floors
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- cleans equipment using specific chemicals to maintain sanitary standards
- re-stocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- assists with setup and breakdown tasks as directed
