Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No related work experience required
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work afternoon and evening shifts, including rotating weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Good physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderly work environment
Job Duties
- Wash dishes by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Perform set-up and break-down tasks as directed
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
