We are currently hiring for Utility positions at SSP America based at Spokane International Airport. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our restaurant units. The Utility position involves a variety of responsibilities, including cleaning all surfaces and equipment such as floors, ceilings, walls, windows, worktables, grills, refrigerators, and more. The role also entails waste management, clearing and resetting tables, washing dishes and kitchen tools either by hand or using dishwashers, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is sanitized using proper chemical agents. Additionally, Utilities assist guests with specific requests and communicate any special needs to supervisors or servers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
