Job Requirements

  • No prior related work experience required
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts
  • Ability to work flexible shifts with open availability
  • Physical ability to walk or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Wash dishes by hand or place them in a dishwashing machine
  • Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
  • Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors
  • Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
  • Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
  • Re-stock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
  • Assist with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
