Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Availability to work varying shifts including days and hours
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods up to and exceeding 8 hours
- Capability to lift and move up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to attend scheduled shifts punctually with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No prior work experience required
- Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures including food safety concepts
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor duties
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Wash dishes by hand or place them in a dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Re-stock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Assist with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
