Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No prior related work experience required
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic food safety concepts
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, possibly over 8 hours
- Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Ability to attend work and show up on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours
- Physical capability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Reliability in attending scheduled shifts punctually and with regularity
Job Duties
- Wash dishes by hand or use a dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Re-stock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Perform significant walking or other means of mobility
