The Utility Technician role at Cottage Grove Place is an essential position that supports the smooth and sanitary operation of our kitchen and dining services. This full-time role offers a salary range of $13.00 to $14.50 per hour and requires dedication to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards critical to the wellbeing of our residents. In this capacity, you will primarily focus on dishwashing duties, ensuring all dishes and kitchen tools are cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to strict protocols. You will be responsible for routinely sanitizing kitchen equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and managing waste disposal with efficiency and care.

Beyond the hands-on tasks, the Utility Technician plays a pivotal role in upholding the agriculture of hospitality that Cottage Grove Place champions. Adhering to the OBRA guidelines and the company’s Gold Check production system, you will follow scheduled cleaning procedures and safety regulations. Ensuring compliance not only supports operational excellence but also protects the health and safety of residents and staff. You will also be expected to promptly identify and address any safety hazards or emergency situations, acting swiftly and responsibly.
