This role requires dedication to keeping serviceware spotless, including cleaning chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans, along with polishing silverware for a pristine presentation. The Utility Steward also ensures that all kitchen and event stock levels are carefully monitored and replenished, supporting efficient service at all times. Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment is a core responsibility, including tasks such as mopping floors and emptying trash, thus upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.

A crucial aspect of this role is supporting event deliveries by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and other functions, contributing to the flawless execution of special occasions. Experienced Utility Stewards actively train and mentor new team members, strengthening the team's capability to provide exceptional service.
