As a Utility Steward at Hilton, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a pleasant experience for every guest. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping; it involves spreading the warmth and light of hospitality by supporting kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or kitchen cleaning preferred
- ability to work standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or kitchen stewarding preferred
- strong attention to detail

- knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils
- scrub pots and pans
- burnish silver
- ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized
- perform kitchen cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal
- prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
- train and mentor new team members
- maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
