Utility Stewards also maintain kitchen cleanliness by performing essential cleaning tasks like mopping floors and removing trash. The position requires supporting the delivery of events by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor new stewards, sharing your expertise to strengthen team performance and encourage professional development.

Maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is vital in this role to ensure the well-being of both guests and team members. This commitment to regulatory standards underscores Hilton's dedication to providing not only outstanding service but also a safe and healthy environment for everyone involved.

At Hilton, supporting Team Members extends beyond the workplace. The company offers exceptional travel perks, allowing employees to enjoy discounted rates at Hilton hotels worldwide. The employee stock purchase program enables team members to invest in Hilton shares at a discount, fostering a sense of ownership and financial growth. Paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, and mental health resources further illustrate Hilton's commitment to its people.

Generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans are among the many perks that ensure employees can balance work and life successfully. Hilton’s focus on creating an exceptional workplace culture means that as a Utility Steward, you are not only contributing to guest satisfaction but also advancing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.
