The role of Utility Steward at Hilton embodies the essence of hospitality by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas to enhance the overall guest experience. Utility Stewards are responsible for cleaning all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans, ensuring each item is spotless and ready for service. They monitor and manage stock levels to guarantee that supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and efficiently organized to support seamless service delivery. In addition, they maintain the kitchen's cleanliness through essential duties like mopping floors and removing trash, contributing to a safe and sanitary workspace.

Utility Stewards also support the preparation and setup of clean serviceware for banquets and events, ensuring that every function runs smoothly and guests receive impeccable service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
