Additionally, this role involves monitoring stock levels, organizing and replenishing supplies and equipment to facilitate seamless kitchen and banquet service. Maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness through mopping, trash removal, and adhering to strict health and sanitation regulations is also a vital aspect of the job.
Supporting banquet and function events by preparing and setting up clean serviceware is an important duty, ensuring each event runs smoothly and guests enjoy flawless dining experiences. A noteworthy part of this role is mentoring and training new team members, thereby strengthening the overall team’s performance and maintaining Hilton’s high hospitality standards. Compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is mandatory, reinforcing the commitment to guest and team well-being.
