The role of Utility Steward at Hilton is a vital position within the Hotels team, centered around maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas. - prior experience in hospitality or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Keep serviceware spotless by cleaning chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils
- scrub pots and pans and burnish silver
- monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized
- maintain kitchen cleanliness including mopping and trash removal
- support event delivery by preparing and setting up serviceware for banquets and functions
- train and mentor new team members
- comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
