This full-time Utility Steward position at Splendido is an excellent opportunity for individuals dedicated to supporting food and beverage operations by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork. The Utility Steward plays a critical role in the kitchen's smooth functioning by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and back-of-house areas. This is a safety-sensitive role where adherence to safety protocols and standards is paramount.
As part of the Food and Beverage Department, the Utility Steward contributes to the overall dining experience by ensuring that kitchen areas and equipment are clean and sanitized according to established safety and health standards. The role also involves operating dishwashers and other cleaning equipment, cleaning kitchen floors, managing waste and recycling processes, and recording data on maintenance and cleaning logs. Beyond the kitchen, the steward may assist in setting up public areas and providing help in the dining area as needed by management. Candidates who join Splendido's team will be part of a supportive work culture that values accountability, respect, integrity, and compassion, fostering a positive environment for both residents and employees alike.
