Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have valid Nevada driver’s license
- Knowledge of flooring maintenance and care
- Ability to tolerate chemicals and cleaning agents
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment
- Familiarity with OSHA safety codes
- Ability to move and rearrange furniture and equipment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Knowledge of the processes of maintaining and caring for all types of flooring including vinyl flooring, concrete, stamped concrete, carpeted flooring and marble flooring
- Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteous manner
- Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents
- Ability to operate specialty equipment such as scrubber (walk behind and ride on), variable speed buffer, carpet extractor and scissor lift
- Must have valid Nevada driver’s license
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
- Operate tools and equipment as trained
- Clean assigned area as instructed
- Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment
- Stock and maintain par levels of supplies in all porter closets
- Clean walls, ceilings and vents
- Familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment used within the department
- Perform other related duties as assigned
