Job Duties

  • Assist building engineers with exterior and interior physical inspections of buildings reporting deficiencies
  • Assist building engineers replacing lamps in common areas and tenant spaces including corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and janitorial, mechanical, electrical rooms
  • Touch up painting as needed in all common areas
  • Replace damaged or broken ceiling tiles as needed
  • Assist building engineers inspecting, maintaining, and repairing access doors to ensure proper use and function
  • Perform inspections on vacant spaces for cleanliness and ensure they are market ready
  • Complete assigned maintenance work orders timely and accurately
  • Exercise good judgment
  • Maintain a team player attitude
