The Utility position at Sonesta is an essential role within the hospitality team, ensuring that the kitchen and dishwashing areas maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards. The ideal Utility candidate is passionate about hospitality and plays a pivotal role in supporting the kitchen’s operational efficiency by handling dishwashing machine operations, cleaning and organizing kitchenware and equipment, removing waste, and assisting with special cleaning projects or basic food preparation when necessary. This position demands physical stamina and attention to detail, as the role involves working in hot, humid environments and requires manual labor such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality environment. This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive pay range of $31.10 to $32.97 per hour, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
