This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our guests expect. As a Utility team member, you will play a critical part in creating a positive experience for every visitor by ensuring that all work areas, surfaces, and equipment are spotless and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include cleaning floors, walls, windows, kitchen hoods, grills, refrigerators, and more, all to uphold sanitary standards. Beyond cleaning, you will assist with clearing and resetting tables, washing dishes, properly storing kitchenware, and ensuring that supplies are stocked and rotated according to health guidelines. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep operations efficient and safe. This position offers a dynamic work environment that requires teamwork, good communication, and a willingness to handle physically demanding tasks. previous experience in cleaning or hospitality roles beneficial
ability to operate cleaning equipment safely

Job Duties

create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment including floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, storage areas
remove refuse to designated areas
clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings as needed and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash them by hand or load dishwasher and return them to proper storage
clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards which may include the use of heavy equipment
assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to server or supervisor
load and unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of food items
perform other duties as assigned
