Job Description
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is a distinguished continuing care retirement community situated on an expansive 84-acre campus in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, just a short distance from Denver. Managed by Erickson Senior Living, one of the largest and most respected senior living and health care providers in the United States, Wind Crest offers a vibrant lifestyle infused with financial stability and a strong focus on well-being services for its residents. Erickson Senior Living prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring the highest quality of life for all those who live and work within its communities. The organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Equity, diversity, and inclusion are integral to the company’s values and operational practices.
At Wind Crest, we are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Utility Workers and Dishwashers to join our dynamic dining team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen operation, which directly supports our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests. As a valued member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and storage areas, managing inventory support functions such as receiving and stocking, and adhering to safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the hard work and dedication of our team members. Employment opportunities are ongoing, providing potential candidates with stability and growth prospects within a nationally recognized senior living community.
Working at Wind Crest offers more than just a job; it provides a fulfilling career path with ample growth opportunities as Erickson Senior Living continues to expand its communities. Employees can enjoy a well-balanced work schedule, with most shifts concluding before 9 pm, allowing for quality personal time. In addition to a competitive salary, team members have access to comprehensive benefits that include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, volunteer hours, a 30% discount on food and beverage at on-site dining venues, and discounted healthy meal options. The company also supports retirement planning through a 401(k) plan with a company match and operates onsite medical centers that provide wellness and sick care visits for all employees over 18 years old.
Joining Wind Crest means being part of a community that values your contributions and supports your professional development. We emphasize continuous learning and career advancement, enabling you to grow alongside the company as new communities open and existing ones expand. If you possess prior service or kitchen experience, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, follow instructions carefully, and are available to work weekends and holidays, this role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully while advancing your career in the hospitality industry within a respected senior living provider.
