As a Utility Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining a spotless and well-organized workstation, adhering closely to safety, sanitation, and health regulations. The role demands setting up and stocking all necessary kitchen items, washing and organizing smallwares and storage containers, and upholding a positive and cooperative team environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall hospitality and service excellence that guests experience across all Thunderdome concepts.
