Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience working in retail or food service environment
- high school diploma preferred
- verbal and written communication
- must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and receive instructions
- experience in dealing with problems involving guest service
- food handlers permit as required by law
- brand certification as required
- ability to stand and work in confined spaces
- ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
- ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- capable of performing tasks in varying temperatures including cold storage areas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
- document discrepancies
- organize and store stock in designated areas ensuring proper labeling and FIFO procedures
- monitor stock for expiration dates and minimize waste through proper storage and rotation practices
- work closely with kitchen and service staff to forecast needs and ensure timely restocking
- follow all health and safety regulations regarding food storage and handling
